My name is Ernest Slabber. I have 40 years’ experience in the food industry. It includes Product Development, Production and Training.

 

I have identified the need to develop milk powder products for kitchen use. This creates an opportunity to have these products on the shelf as it has a long shelf life.

 

Some of the products are for:

 

• for baking and food recipe's;

• quenching your thirst and

• a delicacy for children.
