Imitation Evaporated Milk Powder

Instructions and Ingredients

Application:

Replace a tin evaporated milk in a recipe.

Use it as milk replacement in coffee or tea.

Mixing Instruction:

Mix 280 ml boiling water with 105 g Evaporated Milk Powder.

All inconsistencies must be mixed in or strained off before final use.

Cool down the mixture. Evaporated Milk will be ready after 30 minutes.

This mixture replaces 1 tin (380 g) evaporated milk in a recipe.

Mixture can be refrigerated up to 6 days.
